Cosy, self-contained guest house

Our stay was absolutely perfect. Communication with Greg was outstanding and he was so kind! We loved that the fridge was filled and we were able to have a simple breakfast. Although the space is not super big, it’s very functional and everything that you need is there. We were also obsessed with the owner’s friendly cat, Blue! The bed was very comfortable and everything was super clean. From London it’s about an hour ride by train/metro which is very doable :) Overall, this was probably the best place we’ve ever stayed at! Special thank you to Greg and his family for the yummy pastries we received :) We would definitely return!

As a young female I did not always feel completely safe in the neighbourhood (mostly at night around the train stations), but this is to be expected in every big city :)

The property was extremely welcoming and clean. Nothing was missing, all the utilities were present and even more, the owners were super helpful and very kind. We highly recommend it. The area is quiet but well connected to the train and bus services, making it easy to reach the city center. We will definitely be back. Thank you .
