The apartment is absolutely beautiful and in a fantastic location. Owner could not have been more accommodating to us during our stay. This is a gem of a property to stay at!

Beautiful seafront property with a very large balcony that wraps around the apartment. The sunset view is amazing. It’s a perfect location for accessing the beach, but also a short walk into town, and the metro to Bilbao. You get the best of both worlds; it is well connected but also calm and peaceful. There are also lots of accessible walks near the property, towards the lighthouse which I would recommend. The apartment itself was generously stocked with toiletries as well as equipment for cooking. The house was incredible, he is genuinely the kindest host I have encountered on Booking.com - he offered us a lift from the airport, left wine and treats for our arrival, as well as a metro card. He was always on hand to give recommendations for things to see, or restaurants to visit, even checking if a certain restaurant had tables available. He went above and beyond expectations. I cannot recommend this stay enough, I am already thinking when to go back!

Very comfortable, well-equipped apartment in a great location, an easy 15 minute walk from Plentzia metro station at the end of the Bilbao line. Great views from corner balcony position towards Gorliz beach and Plentzia. The apartment is in a large block on the third floor but the corner position means that you don't notice the rest of the building, just the amazing views. Our host, Ugutz, was so kind and helpful, provided lots of useful information, lift to the airport and a welcome gift. It was a pleasure to stay here. Gorliz beach s very popular for surfing, waves and breezy conditions here.

The weather in mid May was cool and we had some rain. On our last full day, the sun came out and it was so beautiful. A June visit next time, perhaps.

Zeer vriendelijke ontvangst door de eigenaar. Ook tijdens het verblijf gemakkelijk bereikbaar en steeds tips gegeven. Prachtig uitzicht over het strand/ zee en heel centraal gelegen. Veel op loopafstand. Wij hadden een huurauto en hebben tochtjes in de omgeving gemaakt. Konden steeds ook goed parkeren. Toch naar Bilbao de metro genomen. In het appartement was een metro-/buskaart aanwezig waarmee je tegen geringe kosten de metro kon nemen. Prima systeem. Metro voelde ook heel veilig aan (qua publiek). Appartement heeft hele comfortabele bedden. Zelden zulke lekkere matrassen meegemaakt in een huuraccommodatie. Keuken is heel compleet ingericht: erg prettig. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. En dit aangevuld met persoonlijke details, dus je krijgt een gezellig ingericht appartement en geen onpersoonlijk standaard-verhuur appartement. Het balkon is heerlijk: heel ruim en leuk kijken naar het strandleven (een deel van ons verblijf was het warm weer). Genoeg opbergruimte en ook fijne badkamer met lekker warme en voldoende krachtige douche. Op loopafstand winkels en restaurants. En toch heerlijk rustig: hebben prima geslapen. Alles klopte ook met de informatie vooraf. Sterker, het is zelfs beter dan dat. Deze verblijfplek kunnen we alleen maar aanraden! En daarbij komt: de omgeving is prachtig. Mooi wandelen en Bilbao en San Sebastian zijn zeer aan te raden.

Niets bijzonders. Misschien een extra schemerlampje/ leeslampje naast de bank.
