It's a nice apartment built in stone, very well equipped for longer stays (has a fridge, working kitchen, etc.). It is well located because you have a supermarket at a 3min walk and a good restaurant at around 5-10 min walk. You are also a 10-min drive from Rovinj, which is the main attraction in the area. The pool is nice and good taken care of, they clean it every morning, they have sunbeds etc. Because I mentioned it's set in stone (the bedroom), it might get chilly inside even when it's hot outside.
The wifi was barely working; we used mostly mobile data. That can be improved

Die Unterkunft war sehr gemütlich und großzügig gestaltet. Der gelungene Mix aus Alt und Modern verleiht ihr eine besonders einladende Atmosphäre. Besonders gut hat mir die große Terrasse gefallen. Auch das weitläufige Grundstück ist sehr gepflegt und liebevoll dekoriert. Außerdem steht ein großer Grill zur Verfügung, den man nutzen kann.
Das Apartment ist sehr hellhörig. Da sich über einem Teil der Wohnung noch ein weiteres Apartment befindet, sind Geräusche von oben deutlich zu hören und wirken teilweise sehr laut. Positiv ist jedoch, dass sich über dem Schlafzimmer direkt das Dach befindet, sodass dort keine Nachbarn über einem wohnen und es deutlich ruhiger ist.
