The cleaners need to be more readily available

The apartment looks like the pictures posted. Great location, spacious apartment, large closets made unpacking easy, private terrace was a nice extra perk, ground flood felt safer with little kids, management was easy to reach and apologetic about the issues we faced

Needs better house keeping and a serious dose of maintenance. We had only 3 towels for a family of 4 and no paper towel - management addressed the next day. Floors weren’t clean (dust and hair remains), master bath rugs were dirty. Management offered to send a cleaning person but we had to be present for the duration of the cleaning which did not work for our schedule unfortunately. Master bedroom shower had mold and mattress needs to be changed, several walls have moisture issues, kitchen pans and pots need replacement Getting in and out of the compound rehab for visitors is limited to two gates 19 and 20. This was inconvenient as it added a 10min drive to getting anywhere.
