We liked the cozy atmosphere, the heating, and the comfortable couches and beds. We liked the tea selection and the tv's with the streaming options on them.
We struggled with the layout of the place. The bedrooms were at opposite ends of the house, and the lounge was nowhere near the kitchen, so traveling up the stairs with hot tea is stressful. The bathroom was upstairs, so neither of us could easily go to the toilet or shower as required.

The cottage exceeded expectations. Cozy & high-end. Great location very close to Aldgate & Stirling. Ideal base for visiting across the hills region. Lots of special touches.
There is nothing I didn't like. The only comment I will make here is that it was a little difficult for my elderly father to traverse the stairs to the only bathroom / toilet. So just beware when travelling with older people that this should be considered.

Beautifully presented coach house filmed with charm. Had all that we needed for a lovely stay.

One of the best accommodations we have stayed. While it is a gorgeous property, cosy and comfortable, it was the little touches provided, like high quality bedding, hot water bottles, bottle of wine, Tim Tams! The location was perfect for us too. Close to Mt Lofty and small villages with many food options, close but out of the way of the busy Hahndorf, and better value for money.
