Cannes Bliss - 12mn à pied du Palais, 5mn plages, clim, terrasse

Appartamento molto bello con diversi comfort, ottima posizione, ben arredato, pulito. Eccellente terrazza per rilassarsi. Aria condizionata ovunque, ottima cucina. Lo staff di gestione è stato attento e veloce, ottimo.

L'orario di check-in dopo le 17 è troppo tardi a mio avviso. Procedura Swikly, non mi è piaciuta. Una settimana prima di arrivare viene comunicato che è obbligatoria una procedura online chiamata Swikly, macchinosa e complicata, in cui si deve pagare una cifra via carta di credito per bloccare un deposito molto alto in caso di rotture importanti, oppure di contenzioso con l'host. In caso di mancata registrazione Swikly si perde l'accesso all'appartamento. Nel mio caso il deposito per soli 5 giorni, era di circa 2400€, cifra che ritengo eccessiva. Durante la registrazione viene ulteriormente richiesto un pagamento di 19€/die facoltativo, ma senza sufficienti spiegazioni. Il problema è stato la poca trasparenza di tutto il regolamento Swikly che non prevede una vera e propria spiagazione di come funziona. Inoltre, notifica poco prima dell'arrivo che è necessario fotografare gli eventuali difetti e guasti e caricare le foto su un sito al fine dimostrare in che stato si trovava l'appartamento, operazione scomoda che non ho mai riscontrato altrove. All'uscita avrei dovuto ancora effettuare il giro di foto dell'appartamento. Trovo questa operazione macchinosa per gli utenti, negli altri appartamenti non ho mai riscontrato una tale richiesta.

Un peu de rafraîchissement général de l appartement je crois que c est prevu

Although our first impressions of the apartment were that it was bright and spacious with plenty of storage, we quickly realised that it was grubby, tired and in desperate need of a deep clean and essential maintenance. On arrival, we found the floors to be absolutely filthy. I doubt they had been mopped from the previous occupants or indeed, the occupants before that. The mop that had been left in the apartment was very old and filthy. We messaged concierge and the floors were mopped over the next day. The cleaning person took the mop with her though which meant we couldn’t clean them during our stay. Every plate, glass, cup and cutlery item was dirty. I pulled out a chopping board and it still had food on it. There is a dishwasher but the filter is clogged. We hand washed the items we needed and used only them. There is a very nice outdoor terrace. The cushions are very, very thin rendering the seats very uncomfortable. The cushions are also very, very grubby. The decking is cracked and quite sharp. We placed the table over this in case the children stood on it. Again everything out here is grubby and tired. The beds are comfortable but the shutter is broken that leads out to the deck so in the front bedroom it is very bright in the morning. But you won’t get much sleep anyway as - and for this reason I would encourage you to find alternative accommodation - there is a mechanical droning, vibrating noise that sounds every 2 minutes, 24 hours a day. It’s LOUD! We contacted concierge, with audio files of the noise and…. Nothing. During our stay, the drains were also blocked. A downstairs neighbour approached us on our second evening, deeply distressed that she had foul wastewater coming up her drains and flooding her apartment. A plumber attended the next day but we were unable to use the drains that night and the next day. There is also a leak from the boiler/hot water tank in the kitchen which we advised concierge of.

It was dirty, poorly maintained and we still haven’t received a response regarding the noise complaint
