Dobro stanovanje, na slikah deluje še malo večje. Nič nismo pogrešali. Blizu starega mostu. Parking direktno pred stavbo, če je prostor.
Iz slik in iz parkirišča izgleda, kot da boste nastanjeni v enonadstropni stavbi, nato pa vas čakajo stopnice do 3. nadstropja. Čistočo bi se dalo izboljšati. Stavba izgleda relativno nova, vendar zanemarjena.
