Perfect and relaxing
The property was very comfortable and slept very well. It felt like living in your own home, for me it felt safe. The kitchen facility is open and able to use free will. There are three fridge/freezers for anyone staying in other rooms. Which allowed plenty of space if buying groceries from Lidl which is a very short walk away. The central station is an easy 25-30 minute walk from the property. Mike is very friendly and made my girlfriend and I feel very welcome. The check in was very easy. I would highly recommend this place and would definitely stay again.

Welcome stay in a nice property and very affordable
I enjoyed my stay at Mikes place very much. The host is very friendly and helpful. The suite and the residence were spotless, and I felt at home. The table was useful, and the space was a decent size. I recommend 100%
I think some people may appreciate a TV in the room :)

Average not un suite bathroom, worth for money you pay for it
The bed was confy
Last minute room location house changed in a short notice. The bathroom, electric shower and detached the shower nuzzle from the water pipe. I did not take a shower. The shower is the most valuable feature for a place to stay over.

Excellent stay - thank you!
Very comfortable bed with excellent pillows. Table in room allowed for working in the evening and eating meals. Full access to kitchen facilities. Well situated let 25 minutes walk from the train station and 15 minutes walk from the main shopping centre. Close to nearby shops. Host was very friendly and helpful. Around often during the day.
Noise transmits well between guest rooms upstairs, however I appreciate this can’t be helped.

The DIRT lets it down.
Very quiet house and neighbourhood. Clean bedding. Gentle host.
The house needs a good scrubbing. Smelly sofa, soiled upholstered chairs. Bedroom not dusted/vacuumed properly. Fluff and watermelon seeds under my bed. The hand wash in the bathroom was very diluted with water. A hand (?) towel inappropriately placed - I didn't dare use it. Kitchen was the worst: Filthy blind, dirty drawers qnd cupboards. Grime almost everywhere. Sticky coffee/sugar jars, kettle, toaster, door handles and surfaces. No hand wash. Unacceptable condition, especially since the host lives there and they claim to do daily housekeeping. (Some photos are attached.)
