La situation proche du centre et d'une plage très agréable .
La vue exceptionnelle depuis le balcon ,dont on peut bien profiter matin et soir.
L’absence de volets et de clim , compte-tenu de la chaleur,le ventilateur étant insuffisant.
Le manque de rangement et la difficulté de manœuvre des portes coulissantes de l'unique placard.
