Location was only 5 minutes away from our venue. Easy car trip.
I would have liked a description of Mail box room - eg Name of your unit block situated on LG Floor. A glass door room. Keys for unit in Mail box...same number as room. To our parking: 'Go to end of LG and drive 'Anticlockwise down to your level parking.' Exit: 'Drive clockwise to exit building'. Not a major problem but we were going in circles looking for the key room.

For this staying, I am very upset for:1) someone parked his car in my spot, I have to marking around to find a place to park my car. 2) no body wash in my apartment so I have to buy one for that night. I am happy that the service team fixed the problem in the end.
