Would have expected the boiler to be examined prior to booking and working.
Loved the location which is why it was booked. Unfortunately no hot water or heating for first 24 hours on arrival. Asked to be moved as was informed to use temporary heaters for the remainder of the stay.
Not being able to shower or bath, and having to use blankets to get warm.
