I thought the location was great. Mainly because I found it to be a very quiet neighborhood. I hardly saw anyone pass by or anything. I also felt very safe in the neighborhood. I sometimes left the door unlocked by accident during the day while we were inside, and never felt worried. The pool was nice, but it rained, so we didn't really enjoy it. That's not the property's fault. I liked how all the rooms were located, a fun house with a big living room. Nice kitchen and modern kitchen. Plenty of room for parking, it's gated, and you fit about 3, maybe 4 cars if they are compact, or outside the property you can park too.
A few things I didn't like. My biggest complaint was the mattresses. The main bedroom, the bunk bed room, and the room with the queen bed. 3 out of 4 bedrooms had horrible mattresses. This was a staycation, and the thought of going home to sleep crossed my mind, but I went and picked up a roll-up mattress from home and put it on the floor. I kindly ask the owner to replace all the mattresses in the house for future guests. Also, the bunk bed makes way too much noise and is slightly elevated in the center of the bottom bunk, which needs to be replaced as well. Besides that, a heated pool would be nice, but not a must-have; a gas grill would be nice too, instead of charcoal, but not a must-have either. The stoves top some of them don't work that well, but mine at home don't work too well either, so I'm used to it.

I love the most about this property was the bathrooms. They are so nice so clean. The shower is amazing. The whole house was actually great but I have a really serious issue with bathrooms and this bathroom was so perfect to me. The beds were comfortable Soft. He had Ralph Lauren pillows and they felt so good.lol
There isn’t anything that I can think about that I did not like about this property actually if I ever come back to Miami, I will probably look for this property again.

Había solamente un juego de llaves, en el mail indicaba 2 juegos, cuando pedimos el segundo juego se llaves respondieron que por error en el mail solo dejan uno. Que habían tenido problemas anteriores.
2 Autos y tienen que combinar para estar en la calle para abrir el portón y la puerta.
Me sugirieron dejar la llave en la caja.!!
Es un peligro dejar la llave en la caja afuera, quien sabe la combinación de la caja, puede entrar en la casa, robar todo, y dejar la llave nuevamente en la caja y se va, nadie se entera y me arruina las vacaciones.
No había pava si eléctrica, ni de hornalla.
Faltaban elementos de cocina, cubiertos, cuchillos, etc
