Thank you so much! Its our second arrival to Pitharia in Askas, and we ll for sure come more. House ideal for 1-2 day hideout from cities, much fresher there in mountains than in coast Beautiful scene from balcony, mountains are all green and all the day you hear birds singing from every side. its a paradise village, you really dont want to go inside we set hours at the balcony with wine and tea and also got up at 5 am, it really worth it as birds were singing crazy and view was unbelievable on sunrise. Village itself is superquiet and its so good to have a chill walk around it. rooms are really comfortable and has all whats needed, a/c's, good internet and small kitchen, but better to take food with you as closest taverna was in Palaichori Oreinis

Balcony was with great view. the house is fully equipped and the hotel manager is very nice. they helped us a lot with shopping for easter since we arrived by bike and were very communicative.

The internet connection was somewhat unstable at times. The kitchen could have been cleaner, and there was a slight damp smell in the shower.

Going back in time 😍 But with heating (aircon). Super comfy bed and the village was just amazing 😍 We also got some great tips from the owner that led us to beautiful places

The location of little ramshackle streets, and near enough to drive to mountain walks in 45 mins. Rustic charm, lots of nice aesthetic touches. Was good temperature in October, nice view from balcony. Nice candles.

It needs some loving care, felt basic rather than luxurious which was not what we'd expected for the price. Kitchen area a bit dirty. Not well equipped - eg one bowl, 1 teaspoon, no wine glasses, no sharp knives . Balcony railings dodgy in places. WiFi didn't work though we didn't contact anyone about that to be fair. Front door v rustic and beautiful but also hanging off its hinges. Bedding sheets nice and clean but blanket/ quilt were not fresh which is not unusual but not my preference. If it had been cheaper I think we'd have found all this part of the charm but it was about £110 (GBP) per night, off season, not in centre of tourist district. No cafes or shops, (but two v good restaurants open at weekends). Bed short and creaky.
