Es ist eine schöne große Wohnung. Dort kann man sich sehr wohl fühlen.

Sie ist groß, hell, toll ausgestattet und mit Stellplatz.
Die Dusche ist wirklich klein. Bei einer Renovierung sollte aus dem Vollbad ein Duschbad werden.

Das Appartment liegt sehr zentral und ist sehr geräumig.
Leider gibt es bezüglich der Sauberkeit Handlungsbedarf. Der Spiegel im Flur war von Fingerabdrücke überseht. In der Küche hingen die Spinnengewebe von der Decke und die Scheibe in der Küche hätte sich auch über eine Reinigung gefreut. Die vorhandenen Trinkbecher ( Kaffebecher) habem leider auch ihre besten Tage gesehen( Kaffeespuren und Abnutzung ). Am aller schlimmsten waren jedoch die Terrassen. Beide sind von Unkraut übersät und auch auf dem Boden nur Grünspan.
