Dans l'ensemble le rapport qualité prix est excellent. Appartement spacieux et bien équipé. Bonne situation en ville, boulangerie juste en bas. Propreté du logement. L'excellent contact avec la propriétaire.
la vétusté et l'exiguïté de la douche et la longueur du tuyau (pensez aux gens de + d'1m70) les matelas un peu trop mou et par dessus tout les oreillers plats comme des crèpes. et l'odeur de tabac... Pas tres agréable.
