We loved our stay here! Jacopo was super clear with the instructions and set us up for success from the minute we landed. They were available for any questions / concerns we had. The space was clean and the AC was on when we got there, which we appreciated immensely! I’m a sucker for a beautiful balcony….

Location is a bit out of the way from Duomo. We ended up taking cabs back every night but still thought it was worth it!

Positive: Simple check-in via lockbox Bus, tram and underground stop all within walking distance of 300m Nearby good bars cafés restaurants and supermarket Quiet location On Thursdays, a small market with around 80 stalls right on the doorstep

Negative: Very simply furnished, the bathroom and the kitchen require renovation. The bed in the bedroom is a folding bed with very soft mattresses, the pillows are ok. Summary We have previously rented flats in this price category that were better furnished and cozier. The water tank of the Nespresso machine was calcified, I had to clean it before use. The water stood in the shower basin when we showered because the drain was nearly blocked. It would have been a nice gesture to at least provide the guests with a bottle of water. The warm water boiler, in the small storage room next to the kitchen, is noisy.
