Ioannina city center - Michelangelo Apartments - B2

The apartment is cute and reasonably well refurbished (not that we did any cooking). It’s a little small, but fine for a couple. The bedroom was conveniently furnished and the bed was comfortable. The veranda-balcony was a nice bonus. The toilet is small but functional. The air conditioning worked well, and having a washer-dryer was a pleasant plus. The apartment is on the second floor of a small building with an elevator. The location is a bit of a walk from the lake and the old town, which we actually appreciated.

Parking in Ioannina is dramatic. The apartment building has a few parking spaces, but they aren’t assigned to specific units and we suspect they’re used by the neighbors as well. The owner doesn’t seem very involved anymore — everything is set up for self check-in, with local cleaners, and he was hard to reach even in an emergency. At check-in we couldn’t retrieve the key from the lockbox and had to ask people on the street to call him for us (as we couldn’t make phone calls ourselves) because he wasn’t responding to our messages; he didn’t answer the phone for hours either. The apartment itself also seems to be deteriorating little by little. Nothing critical yet, but you can start to feel the lack of proper management.

Η τοποθεσία ήταν απλά εξαιρετική. Το κατάλυμα είναι πολύ κεντρικό αλλά ήσυχο. Καθώς βρίσκεται σε γωνιακή πολυκατοικία, είναι πολύ φωτεινό με ανοιχτωσιά. Επίσης είναι πολύ όμορφο, άνετο, καθαρό, προσεγμένο και εξοπλισμένο με ο, τι χρειάζεσαι. Σίγουρα θα ξαναμείνουμε στην επόμενη μας επίσκεψη!

Απλά μια σημείωση για μελλοντικούς επισκέπτες, ώστε να γνωρίζουν και να τους ειναι πιο ξεκάθαρο, στις παροχές του πάρκινγκ αναφέρει οτι το πάρκινγκ είναι δωρεαν στον χωρο του καταλύματος και η κράτηση δεν είναι εφικτή. Αυτο ουσιαστικά σημαίνει οτι οποίος και αν βρει κενή θέση παρκάρει, δεν είναι κάτι δεδομένο. Έχει πρακτικά 2 θεσεις, η μια κατειλημμένη απο ενα βανακι και μια σκαλωσιά και η αλλη λιγο πολυ για όλους. Ευτυχώς συνεννοηθήκαμε μια χαρά με τον κύριο που ηταν παρκαρισμένος στη δεύτερη θέση και παρκάραμε ο ένας πίσω απο τον άλλον.

Φωτεινό ,καθαρό δροσερό ευρύχωρο ευχάριστο κοντά στο κέντρο και με πάρκινγκ .

Είχε τον κατάλληλο οικιακό εξοπλισμό αλλά εάν είχε και κάτι παραπάνω θα ήμουν περισσότερο χαρούμενος ,( πχ μεμβράνη αλουμινόχαρτο μπαχαρικά για μαγείρεμα )

Ωραίο διαμέρισμα και σε καλή τοποθεσία.
