A organização do espaço e a limpeza muito caprichada. A casa é bem equipada, apresentando todos os itens para as necessidades básicas. Traz como diferencial livros, jogos e Netflix (excelente para quem tem criança), além de orientação sobre pontos turísticos da cidade e onde encontrar o comércio local. Outro item que chama atenção é o fornecimento de roupão e chinelos de inverno, bem como itens de higiene e limpeza do ambiente, inclusive com lenço umedecido. Na cozinha também havia itens básicos como sal, açúcar, café e azeite. Vaga para o carro. Vale a hospedagem, super indicamos.
A proximidade com o comércio e a gastronomia local, mas isso não é um problema pq também não é tão longe.

Pessoal é um apto é ótimo! Tem tudo o que vc precisa, e tudo novo; ar condicionado, tv, cafeteira, microondas, frigobar cama box etc...além dos mimos da dona Inelde com frutas e o kit café! Super recomendo...
