One male at front desk not a bit nice

The view to start with absolutely lovely . From a self catering perspective, which was what was required, it had everything I required to be able to prepare lunches and do a half way through wash. Lovely comfy bed and the sofa opens out to a very large sofa bed. All utensils required , just a pizza cutter was all it lacked but the knife block was fine. Washing machine brand new , easy to operate. Kitchen spotless and loads of glasses plates and such. The provider/rental agent was prompt in replies via whats app and helpful when I lost my pool band.

Liked everything. What’s important here is that I am reviewing the accommodation I stayed in, not benal beach as a resort. Frequent travellers will know it is a massive place that gets mixed reviews. I couldn’t fault the accommodation I stayed in. As a note to future travellers , luggage storage is available ( 5 euro for three cases, that’s ok) I pointed out to the rental company that the poor signage had me looking round longer than I ought. It isn’t a luggage room like you’d expect, it’s the hardware store (DIGI on the front door)

Es un apartamento amplio y tiene muy buena ubicación.

Tuvimos que rellenar unos documentos días antes de la llegada y cuando llegamos nos dijeron que no les habían llegado los documentos firmados. Por lo que tuvimos que esperar a que llegara una persona, para enseñarles desde nuestro móvil que lo habíamos mandado y que nos salía todo correcto. Una vez visto nos dieron las llaves y pudimos entrar
