Urban Chic Apartment

Nice old world charm apartment with plenty of room. Very clean and access to washer was extremely helpful for a family. Location was great and easily accessible to sites. Our host Carlo was easy to reach, very helpful and personable.

the location is very good but may be a bit tricky for people traveling by car (like we did) and especially if not used to italian old city center driving-parking. The parking outside of the building is safe (even if it is public parking), but Google messed up the directions initially as the building is in the old city centre which sits on top of a hill and the streets are quite steep. The building is quite old but the the apartment is very nicely renovated with each spacious room on a different floor (there is no elevator for those having difficulty climbing at least 2 flights of stairs where the main bedroom is.

once installed (i.e. having found the apartment - thanks Google not) there was nothing to complain about.

The apartment was well decorated. The hostess didn't receive us but he was very nice on the phone and gave us a special permission to park on the street.

It is in an area that is difficult to access by car. The apartment is spread over 4 flours. There are lot of stairs. The room on the top floor has the constant noise of an engine that didn't let us sleep. One of the showers didn't drain the water.
