A stunning location and far from the crowds. A perfect place to relax and with no light pollution, you can see the most amazing starry sky at night. Just 20 minutes from Keswick. It is conveniently located.
It was a lovely stay and so there is nothing we didn't really like. The only thing that needs to be changed is the photograph of the bathroom on booking.com shows a bath. However cuz this has been replaced with a shower. Only a minor detail, but we were looking forward to a bath.

Beautiful old farmhouse with exceptional woodland garden, friendly host and accommodation equipped with everything needed for a stay in the Lakes - very clean, comfortable bed, hot powerful shower, and decent kitchen.

In a lovely location.
Very dated.. furniture, tv and decor all need refurbing. Was adequate for our stay, but from entering the accommodation we were underwhelmed .
