Localização excelente, próximo do centro, logo na entrada da cidade. Flat bem equipado e confortável. Auto-chek in. Não encontramos com o proprietário, mais foi tranquilo e deu tudo certo. Existe uma lavanderia próximo, e da p estacionar na rua.
Existe uma acadêmia no vizinho que abre as 6hs e fecha 21hs, aí tem o barulho do som e dos pesos durante esse horário. E antes das 6hs já chega o pessoal aguardando a academia abrir e já fica o barulho na rua.

Flat é pequeno mas bem equipado, ar condicionado funcionando normalmente, todos os itens da cozinha também ok, o anfitrião sempre se mostrando receptivo. Voltaria sim!
Barulho dos pesos da academia ao lado, vaga na porta de casa pequena para carro com porte um pouco maior e ficar na rua.
