Pat, who is the contact person for the rental, is very communicative. He provided immediate check in details which made the process simple and easy. The laundry is a paid service 30 baht for washing and 40 baht for drying. I liked that Pat offered to pay for the first load of laundry.

The pictures advertised in the listing showed a single bed that looks like its a queen or king size bed. Unfortunately, Pat did not communicate that he puts two smaller beds together in order to have one large bed. While I was sleeping the beds pulled apart because they are on wheels. This was extremely uncomfortable to sleep through. My suggestion would be to make a clamp for the beds to stay together so they will not pull apart. Additionally, the balcony doesn't offer any great views.

Check-in was easy and a very clear step by step guide was provided upon arrival Owner was very attentive and responsive to every request over the app/chat We had our room changed promptly the next morning as there was very bad smell coming from the drain/aircon Both rooms were clean and dusted. The rooms have big fridge, sink separate from bathroom, the bathroom has ventilation, a wall separating the shower area and plenty of space to hang towels and place your products; there are hangers and a big shelf to store stuff in the room, a table and two chairs and a kettle for hot drinks. There is a balcony with real greenery, a table and two chairs. Towels are provided daily, refill on water, coffee, paper cups and single packaged toilet paper and you can put out your trash in front of the door at 8am to be cleared.

The room provided had a double bed, we had booked a twin room though as we are not a couple, so we had to spend a week sleeping in a double bed The rooms don't have a light on bedside/ reading light. There is no daily house keeping and in a requested midweek cleaning the bedsheets were not changed and the trash wasn't done either. The amount of water daily is little, so you need to buy extra water for tooth brushing or coffee making, normally it's 500ml+, here it's half the amount.

J’ai séjourné à studio 36 avant de me rendre à l’aéroport. L’endroit est résidentiel et calme. La chambre est neuve, bien équipée et super confortable, j’ai très bien dormi. Je reviendrai sans hésiter !
