Es war alles so, daß sich eine Familie wohlfühlt. Großräumig, getrennte Schlafmöglichkeiten, gemütliche Wohnstube, komplette Küche, Balkon für die Raucher, also 👍 Großer kostenfreier Parkplatz in der Nebenstraße ca. 100m entfernt. Straßenbahn in das Stadtzentrum mit Haltestelle in unmittelbarer Hausnähe. Keine Lärmbelästigung in der Nacht, auch die Straßenbahn hat nicht gestört.

Die Kommunikation war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Schön, dass es eine Tramstation praktisch vor der Haustüre gibt, so dass wir schnell in die Stadt fahren konnten.
Wir waren zur Zeit des Katholikentages in Erfurt. Unterkünfte waren an den Tagen offensichtlich rar. Der preis für die vier Nächte war schon sehr hoch.

Die Lage ist gut um die Innenstadt zu erkunden und hat eine super Anbindung zu öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel.
Das Straße / Viertel ist nicht besonders ansprechend. Einige fragwürdige Gestalten und in der Nacht war es leider sehr laut. Die Sauberkeit entsprach nicht unseren Vorstellungen bei der angezeigten Bewertung. Das Bad war zumindest sauber. Es sollte dringend eine Grundreinigung erfolgen (viele klebrige Oberflächen und abgeschmierte Türen) und in der Wohnung lag ein unangenehmer Geruch.
