The location is great, easily accessible from the main train station and not far from city center. There are plenty of coffee shops, restaurants and supermarkets nearby. The host provided everything needed for cooking and plenty of towels.

The old wooden blinds were made for wood windows and after the owner installed better windows, the blinds were left in place and they cannot fully close due to the window frame being thicker so if you are sensible to sunlight or you want total privacy this will prevent you from achieving that. It would've been nice if some Nespresso capsules were provided.

Lots of bars and restaurants close by.

Because the bars and restaurants were close by it could be noisy at night

Location is close to Milano Centrale and a few metros. Easy 25 min walk to Duomo. Apartment is clean and well maintained.

The apartment coordinator/manager was extremely rude when we raised several issues during our stay. There was no body soap or toilet paper on arrival, and these were only delivered the next mornin yet even then, it was hand soap rather than body soap. We decided not to waste more time chasing this up and simply made do. The sofa bed was also missing a proper bedsheet; the sheet provided was too small and slipped off during the night, which was both inconvenient and unhygienic. When we raised these concerns with the manager, his response was that we had booked the apartment at a discounted rate and that a bedsheet wasn’t necessary because it was 30 degrees outside. I hardly need to explain how inappropriate and unacceptable this response was. Needless to say, we will not be staying here again.
