El señor Luis es una persona muy atenta , siempre dispuesta . Fue muy amable . La ubicación del apto es excepcional . Volvería sin lugar a dudas . Hermoso lugar . Dos balcones que lo son todo

Our welcoming and friendly host Luis gave very useful local information and food options. The accommodation was perfectly situated, an easy few minutes' walk from the Medellin bus station, and to anywhere we wanted to go. Our balcony was roomy enough to have breakfast, looking directly onto the main square. Spacious rooms, very comfortable in every way, every amenity provided, tasteful decor. Comfy bed, good bedding, plenty of cushions and blankets. Hot shower, good towels, plenty of shelves and hooks. Fully kitted kitchen, matching crockery & glassware, nice cutlery. Unexpected and thoughtful little extras throughout. Nighttime noise did not disturb us at all. Chivareo to the rock left from right under the balcony. And the long boat pier was in sight of the balcony also. We first did a short boat trip for 20k each which really didn't go anywhere so subsequently we signed up with (see photo - 2 pontoons to the left of the long main boat departure point) for a private tour 100k each and explored La Manuela. 2 hours great boat trip and very interesting walking around the grounds and ruins at La Manuela with a guide in English. Recommend doing the penol on a weekday not weekend. Delightful place Guatape! Best experienced from this accommodation.

Todo en general muy bien
La habitación con vista a la calle se escucha algo de ruido en la noche por estar frente al parque central, de resto todo perfecto

La ubicación, está cerca de todo, malecón por donde uno camina, toma los planes de agua, jet ski o lancha etc, cerca del parque donde puede caminar todo el pueblo ver artesanías comer todo a la mano
El vecino del lado es un bar, una día fue muy ruidoso, con lo cual nos ayudó don Luis al día siguiente, pero en general hay bulla en el parque en la noche hasta tarde, para quien no le afecte la bulla no tiene problema o por lo contrario si les molesta la bulla deben saber que es hasta tarde la música
