L appartement est spacieux et la terrasse agréable avec une jolie vue
Le ménage n'était pas très bien fait. Dans la salle de bain les joins de la baignoire ont noircis. L équipement dans la cuisine est trop juste pour un appartement pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 6 personnes.

L emplacament
2024 il manquait deja des couverts. Store exterieur cassé et non remontage. Volet salon hs. Fuite eau robinet de droite salle de bain. Table pour 6 trop petite et cassée au pied. Poêle inutilisable et revêtement hs. .vaisselle insuffisante. Pas de ménage fait ni sol ni placard cuisine avec des restes également dans le fond de la poubelle de cuisine. Propriétaire non joignable.
