Canary Wharf Retreat with Free Secure Parking

Heel goed appartement. Alles was aanwezig en ook zeer schoon. Na ophalen sleutels werden we ook door receptie goed geholpen met parkeren auto. Kamers zijn ruim en fijn dat er twee badkamers waren. Ook in de Keuken was alles prima, zelf koffie cupjhes waren aanwezig

Niets appartement was prina en ook de locatie. dicht bij metro station

This apartment is in a great location with an allocated car parking spot. It has lovely decor and is a nice size. Staff were really friendly and responsive.

It was very very hot which made it difficult to sleep. The team were very helpful and gave us fans but we were in the middle of a heatwave so not their fault. The car parking spot is very tight so you’d struggle to get a 4x4 in it but these are minor points to what is a lovely apartment.

Pleasant apartment that gets the job done. It's located in a nice area, close to a supermarket and a couple of nice small restaurants (we really enjoyed the Chinese). It's also within walking distance from multiple public transport stops (buses, trains, tube, etc) so even though it's relatively far from downtown, it's easily accessible. Communication with the property managers was good (even though they haven't actually done anything, eg with the washing machine). Good price and decent quality for London. Canary Wharf was much nicer than we expected!

The area is nice, full of modern towers, but this is a pretty oldish and not very good quality building. The apartment has been renovated in a rush, pretty mediocre job. Clearly a place for rental where nobody things critically about customer needs: * no AC (and some very hot days), * too short (in one bedroom), and too transparent (in the other bedroom) curtains that meant that the sun woke us up every day at 4:20 AM! * no netflix or any kind of streaming service * washing machine was broken and instead we found a new washing machine, in a box, in the middle of the kitchen when we arrived - it's been there during all our stay! * fridge barely cools down, freezer doesn't really work (our ice creams turned into soup) * key pickup arrangement is pretty bad, you have to take a detour on foot, which is not great after a long trip, with suitcases * key dropdown is even worse, we almost missed our flight as you also have to return the keys in the same place - the building has a concierge so I'm not sure why the key can't be dropped there. Again, no critical thinking about what customers need. Overall it was an ok stay but soulless, cheapish, and full of annoying issues.

Great location, so close to DLR and shops/restaurants are not far either. The people on the security desk were super helpful too

The key collection system
