Location pretty good, and good off street car parking. Kitchen well equipped. Showers were great. Nice decor.
All beds were pretty uncomfortable, and the photos make the property seem larger than it is. Outside was untidy. Sofa in the lounge area was tight for 5 persons, and again not very comfortable. Communications wasn't very helpful, questions like "do you have an iron & ironing board" was answered quickly, with confirmation that they didnt have either, but then when we get there, there was an ironing board!
Not much toilet roll available either
