When we first arrived, the AC was broken but it was resolved and repaired very quickly. The unit is spacious and has obviously been updated fairly recently. Some of the updates were clearly DIY though. Kitchen was nice and well appointed.
The couch (a loveseat really) was ridiculously small and there were only 2 other uncomfortable chairs. We had 2 couples staying there and the living room seating was inadequate. The shower curtain in one bathroom was gross and we had to buy a new one. One of the beds was very squeaky. The location is okay, close to the venue we were attending, but it's certainly not an area I would choose otherwise.

Location was good. There is a difficulty leaving the street due to high traffic and being able to see around foliage to pull out. Everything was near our location, food, gas, stores and entertainment.
We did find a bag of soiled towels, and not sure what else, in the closet. The back patio has not been tended to in quite a while. The weeds have grown as high as the fence and the gate is broken. The carpet upstairs feels funny to bare feet. Probably needs to be updated. Otherwise, the place was great.

Bedrooms with their own bathrooms. Very nice kitchen and amenities
Needs more lighting on property sidewalks/parking lot. Smoke alarms kept going off, needs more attention more often. Tried to reach out through call text and email but never got a response. My last night I could not even sleep all night.
