Casa Virgen del Carmen

What a great place to stay! Miluska made me feel so welcome after returning from Machu Picchu and kept in touch via WhatsApp, making check-in really easy. The room was immaculate, with a large, comfortable double bed, and breakfast was delicious. The staff were incredibly friendly and always happy to recommend places to eat and things to do nearby. Kieke's excellent English was especially helpful and made communication effortless. The room was a little chilly at times, but the team promptly provided an electric heater which solved the issue. The location couldn't be better, right by the Main Plaza in a secure courtyard, yet peaceful with no noise from the surrounding streets. Highly recommended!

Nothing significant to dislike during my stay. The only minor improvement would be slightly warmer water temperature in the shower, but this did not detract from an otherwise excellent experience.
