La ubicación, el WiFi, La cocina. Amplitud del dormitorio y el espacio de los placares. Limpieza total del departamento.
Depto alojado en 4° piso no informado, deterioro escaleras y fachada edifico, Pésima predisposición de anfitriona y no resolutiva. Ducha principal sin funcionar. Bidet sólo agua muy caliente. Tapa inodoro floja. Pintura descascarada en techo dormitorio. TV sin sintonizar canales. Faltaban algunos utensillos cocina.

Le petit balcon pour y manger, la vaisselle, les rangements. La luminosité. La wifi performante. Le fauteuil pour se détendre, le lave linge, l'aspirateur et beaucoup de choses à notre disposition.. ombrelle,sacs pour faire les courses, livres... Sel poivre etc ...
L'absence d'un four, pas de micro-ondes, pas de grille-pain.. le lit pas très confortable . La lunette des toilettes qui ne tenait pas.

Appartement bien équipé, situé à 15 minutes à pied de la gare et du centre .
Appartement situé dans un haut troisième étage sans ascenseur . Le matelas trop mou car on s’enfonce dans le lit. A trois reprises, durant trois nuits, bruits des voisins du quatrième étage ..meubles, chaises ..

The location was ok.
The bed was uncomfortable, the toilet seat was loose and the room had not been properly cleaned. It also had a strong smell. The building is poorly maintained and the stairs were in poor condition. And even though it says third floor, it’s actually four flights of stairs.
