The attendants were very nice and attentive to any needs you had. The staff in the cafe in the morning were quite quick with the service and food which is rare in Peru. Met the maintenance staff which were also very great people. Well done on customer care.
The bathroom floor, shower and sink were dirty. As if no one had actually cleaned it but instead put new bars of soap and shampoo inside and called it good. The lights in the hallways don’t always work.
