Beds were very comfortable and great pool area. Good walking distance to beach, bars and restaurants. Great rooftop deck for sunset drinks

Not enough cutlery for 4 people. Nothing provided to be able to dry dishes

Such a great location a stones throw from the beach and short walk or tuk tuk ride to Hiriketiya or Dickwella.Great restaurants nearby.We had our own private pool that was a perfect size.Lovely air conditioned villa with large bedrooms and living area.It was such a relaxing 4 days after having done a 2 week tour.Pradeep the manager was so polite and helpful.Thank you Pradeep.🙏

Nice to have your own house after 2,5 of travelling in hotels and guesthouses. Our teen boys loved the plunge pool, the tv which allowed them to stream music & movies and the rooftopdeck. We liked not having to go out for every meal/ drink and the facilites such as a large fridge+ wasmachine and the large spaces in the house. Also the cleaness of the villa is nice. Really enjoyed the area aswell! Has a bit of an backpacker/surfvibe. Lots of good options for lunch and diner in Hiriketiya. Went snorkelling between green sea turtles at turtle point in Dikwella and took surflessons. Pradeep and his team are very friendly and helpfull and only an whatsapp message away if you have any questions.

Some building works next door as mentioned before by other guests. But didn't bother us. Was all during the daytime never early morning or late. And since there is being build a lot in Hiriketiya at the moment there is no place from which you don't see any new appartments/hotels being build.

Pradeep and his staff are lovely. The villa is extremely well located - super close to the beach and lots of restaurants and cafes. The villa itself is OK in terms of decor and facilites / amenities. The pool area is lovely.

For the price I paid - I was expecting a lot lot more. The villa itself has basic furnishings, absolutely nothing on the wall, the sofas are uncomfortable and not suitable for chilling for long periods. No AC downstairs meant it was pretty warm in the evenings. The bathrooms are terrible, no hooks, hot water lasts about 2 minutes, doors very creaky, handwash not functional and just really poor fittings.Additionally, the wifi was non existent upstairs. The breakfast is basic, and you're better off going to Betaz or Malkoha closeby. Whilst the staff are lovely, there is little initiative, they were always happy to do whatever we asked, but we always had to ask for things as opposed to them taking the initiative to proactively clean Ultimately I think this villa would have rated a lot better had I paid c $250 a night, but for 2x that come a lot higher expectations. Especially compared to other villa stays in Sri Lanka, which were cheaper but far better in terms of decor, furnishings, service and hospitality. All feedback was shared with the owner, the management team.
