Le standing du bâtiment Périphérique avoisinant bruyant. Qualité des oreillers Le parking. Compliqué à trouver. Pas de place sur le terrain vague gratuit et les parking payants avoisinant beaucoup trop cher (180PLZ de 18h à 9h)

Dobrze wyposażona kuchnia, ale też świetny lokal śniadaniowy po drugiej stronie trasy: "Kafej". Piechotką blisko wszędzie: do Spodka i do starego Centrum. W załączeniu widok z loggi lokalu i nocny widok z tarasu obok wind.
Trzeba trafić wolne miejsce na bezpłatnym parkingu pomiędzy budynkiem a Aleją Korfantego. Nie jest to niemożliwe (nam się łatwo udało) - ale pewnie nie jest tak zawsze. Osoby, które nie lubią chodzić z bagażami po schodach - z windy trzeba zejść jedno piętro, do windy trzeba wyjść jedno piętro lub zejść dwa piętra.

Bardzo klimatyczny apartament, fajnie zaprojektowany. Szklane ściany robią robotę. Dobrze wyposażony i świetna lokalizacja.
Przy dużym wietrze i -10 stopniach na dworzu w mieszkaniu było bardzo zimno. W części dziennej/salonowej normalnie wiało z okien. Przed snem zamknęłam drzwi od sypialni i po dłuższym czasie w miarę się nagrzało. Jednak jest to na prawdę bardzo duży minus, bo momentami dosłownie trzęsłam się z zimna. Dodatkowo zdjęcia na ogłoszeniu są bardzo mylne, bo widok z balkonu nie jest na spodek. Parking jest, ale nie ma gwarancji, że znajdzie się miejsce.
