The clear directions, friendly welcome, off road parking, garden view. Lovely clean accomodation, nice bedding, fridge with cool water in it, large shower.
My above average sized husband found the bed too short. He also found the space around the wc and sink, a little tight. It was all fine for an overnight stop.

Great location, clean, quiet would definitely stay again.
No shampoo and didn’t see a hairdryer but it was all fine as only stayed 1 night.

Room was clean and comfortable, light and airy bathroom was clean and tidy, very quiet, host was very pleasant on arrival would recommend to family and friends

Vicky was very responsive and gave great instructions to check-in. Lovely room with garden views. Great location near a park and town centre. Very nice bathroom and shower. Really appreciated having a fridge in room and bottled water.
