For me personally the bed is a total showstopper to book this apartment another time. It is too soft and the frame to wobbly. Every move is felt during the night.

We loved the location, cleanliness, quiet and the well-equipped kitchen. We enjoyed the little patio. There was plenty of hot water and the linens were nice. There were a few problems: the bed was bad, and there is a step down in the room we kept tripping on. There was a big stain on the rug that should have been cleaned before it was rented. There were only 2 towels for a 2 night stay with no way of drying them out. The stairs going up to the unit would be impossible for the elderly or handicapped . This could be a great place with a good mattress and a few tweaks.

The location is ten minutes away, walking, from the San Diego Zoo. You don’t need to rent a car which , considering how brutal the zoo is , helps. Great coffee.

Had trouble , at first, using the keypad.
