In short we were very positively surprised by the very good condition, spot-on cleanliness, and included amenities upon our arrival. Check-in/out process was simple and fast. Private parking spot by the house. Fully equipped kitchen. It just exceeded our expectatitions. So, we rented this house for a couple days while we travelled through Germany and we needed a place to stay near Brühl. We found through booking and the owner - Mrs. Polina, replied promptly and professionally to all our doubts. Some potential improvements, a microwave oven and an extractor in the kitchen, and maybe harder mattresses for the twin beds' room (but that is just a matter of preference). Finally, we understood the house had even more to offer but we didn't stay long enough to find out. Recommend!

Ok stay for Phantasialand

We are a family of four, staying there to visit Phantasialand. The apartment itself is very nicely set up with plenty of space for the four of us. The kitchen is very nice and well-equipped, making it perfect for preparing home-cooked meals. The living room also has some entertainment that our kids loved. It's a short drive to Phantasialand, only about a 5-10 minute drive, but too long for my opinion to walk, especially if you have been in the park for 8 hours during the day

Brühl is not a great place to stay. Nothing is close by except Phantasialand. The apartment is, like other guests mentioned, very "loud", sound moves easily across rooms, and the floor creaks loudly. Also, the bathroom is tiny. Okay for the four of us, but I don't think it would be great for six or more people. We didn't have excellent communication with the owners. After we left, they claimed we had broken one of the window blinds and said we would have to pay for it. We did not know we had broken anything and asked them to send us photos to better understand what they were talking about. They did, and the photos made no sense at all, and we definitely didn't do the damage they accused us of. So we pressed them on the issue, and then they said, "It's okay, we fixed it, no problem". The whole exchange was weird and off-putting.

Lovely accomodation close to Phantasialand

The appartment was very clean and very well located, equipped with everything needed, included hygiene and cleaning solutions.

I didn' like the shower because it first starts above your head before being able to switch and I missed having a microwave.

Phanthasialand

We chose to stay here because it’s proximity to the Phantasialand theme park. And we were not wrong. You can reach the site in 30 min by foot or 3 min drive. A bakery can be found 3 min walk. The apartment has everything you need. Me and my son we appreciate the darts board on the wall. Easy to get in touch with the owner and check-in / check -out.

Lack of AC. Don’t know if because of some law or because of the normal temperature in the area, but when we were there it was really hot and the ventilators not enough.

Fabulously located for Phantasialand, clean, comfortable, fantastically kitted kitchen everything you need for a short break. Polina was great even let us check in early so we could go explore Cologne

It was extremely hot (heatwave at the moment here ) fans were provided though so not really anyone’s fault we just struggled to sleep due to the humidity!

Alls was goed geregeld. Schoon enz.

De vloeren kraken heel erg. Dit was voor ons wel storend. Er zou ook wel een handleiding voor de oven geleverd kunnen worden. De oven is erg ingewikkeld. Er was gelukkig een goed bakker om de hoek.

Voor ons bezoek aan Phantasialand, was dit de perfecte plek om te verblijven.

De accommodatie was heel schoon en ruim. De bedden waren fijn en in de keuken was alles aanwezig om ter plekke een maaltijd te kunnen bereiden.

Ideaal verblijf als je dicht bij Phantasialand wil zijn.

Ruim appartement met alle nodige comfort. Verhuurder zeer makkelijk bereikbaar en steeds snel antwoord bij vragen. Het appartement ligt op 5 minuten rijden van Phantasialand.

De badkamer is wat aan de kleine kant voor een appartement waar er 6 personen kunnen logeren. Alsook is het toilet in de badkamer, deze zou beter apart zijn.

Netheid, heel goede prijs kwaliteit verhouding. Mooi ingericht met kwalitatief materiaal. Voldoende ruimte en rust.

Weinig in de directe omgeving, uitgenomen Phantasialand. Maar met een korte autorit meer dan voldoende mogelijkheden in Keulen.

Veldig fint sted uten AC, nær Phantasialand

Leiligheten ligger plassert bra i forhold til besøk i Phantasialand. Det tok bare rundt 30 minutter å gå. Gaten virker rolig og trygg. Stedet var rent og veldig fint innredet med tanke på utleie. Verten har lagt flid i å ordne stedet. Ekstra bonus med sjokolade på senga.

Når man ankommer sent på kvelden er det litt vanskelig å unngå å bråke når man går forbi leiligheten i underetasjen. Det mangler air-conditioning og vinduer var lukket ved ankomst, så det gikk en del tid på å få temperaturen ned.

Aanrader bij bezoek aan Phantasialand

Zeer ruim appartement, tot in het kleinste detail uitgerust. Gratis parkeren voor de deur. Op 5 minuten rijden van Phantasialand. Behulpzame eigenaars.

Het enige wat het verblijf nog beter had kunnen maken is uitchecken om 11u. En niet zelf het beddengoed moeten weghalen. Maar sowieso is het een dikke aanrader.

Très agréable et pratique !

Logement très bien situé pour se rendre à Phantasialand et proche Cologne également… Accès sans contact pratique pour arriver à toute heure. Très propre, bien équipé, la décoration est cosy, c’est assez spacieux pour une petite famille, il y avait même des petites attentions de la part de la propriétaire ! 😊

Das Appartement war sehr sauber, toll eingerichtet und hatte eine sehr schöne Lage. Zum Phantasialand waren es nur wenige Minuten mit dem Auto, aber auch Ausflüge nach Köln waren sehr gut möglich.

Mooi, goed onderhouden appartement

Mooi, nieuw en schoon appartement op de eerste (en hoogste) verdieping van een huis (via een korte trap te bereiken). De ontvangst via sleutelbox en berichten via Booking.com verliep vriendelijk en vlekkeloos. Je kunt gratis parkeren. Het balkon is heel fijn om te zitten. Mooie keuken met uitzicht op tuin en balkon. Aanwezigheid van zeep, koffie, thee, spelletjes en andere zaken. Er zit veel goede zorg achter dit mooie, goed onderhouden appartement. Echt top! Als extra vonden we het fijn dat er op loopafstand een goede bakker zit (op de grote weg naar rechts) waar je ook belegde broodjes kunt kopen. We gingen naar Phantasialand en het was fijn om van te voren even goed te eten in de gezellige keuken met zicht op de tuin. Er was ook een Imbiss (op loopafstand iets voor de bakker op diezelfde weg). Zag er goed uit. Hebben we niet geprobeerd.

Het was een warme dag en dan miste er ‘s avonds voor ons een ventilator, zodat elke slaapkamer (inclusief woonkamer met bedbank) een ventilator had om wat koelte te hebben na zo’n warme dag. Er zijn nu twee verplaatsbare ventilatoren, zodat een kamer zonder moest doen. Zouden er beter 3 kunnen zijn. Beter zou nog zijn om te investeren in airco obv zonnepanelen, maar dat is natuurlijk een grote investering.
