The flat owner was very friendly and assisted us everytime we needed something. There is a great restaurant downstairs available on call.
The rooms were unclean and shabby. The blankets, towels were smelly. The rooms were very cold even after requesting extra blankets. The balcony door lets in very cold air at night. The TV service doesn't work at all. The fans were noisy. Overall the property is in disarray
