The location was great and at least for our post season stay, was quiet and had adequate parking spaces. The unit is nicely upgraded and feels great.
The unit was not cleaned after the previous guests had left and as such we did not have clean towels and linens for the first night. We had arrived late at night and when we contacted support they said they would not be able to deliver clean sheets and towel until the next morning.
They did send people to clean the place and change the sheets and towels the next morning but we had to use our beach towels instead of bedsheets on the first night.

The property is well maintained and very cute. The property is close to The Point. You can walk there easily and there are dunes and wildlife. Cherry Grove beach has plenty of restaurants and a nearby grocery store where you can stock up on essentials. Loved the little box of items such as dishwashing soap, sponge, etc. that was helpful. Plenty of toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo etc.

Well maintained property and quiet/cozy
When we booked this, we didn’t know that the unit was up multiple flights of steps and there was no elevator to assist - with that being said, we most likely would have chosen a unit lower in the complex. Please make sure prospective trip goers are aware there is no elevator in premises.

Property was very clean. Has everything you need for a long weekend.
Management will not allow you to check in early. 4 o’clock seems late considering you have to check out at 10 o’clock.
