U Corfina @Old Town

I loved this gem of an apartment! The location is exceptional and is walking distance to virtually everything, including a mini mart just steps away, the bus station at San Rocco Square (aka Saroko Square), the port, both fortresses and everything else in the Old Town of Corfu! You have your choice of countless restaurants just steps away. I was thrilled to find this modern, newly renovated apartment, located within a building that is a part of a designated UNESCO World Heritage site. It has a view of the New Fortress. It also has a small elevator which is a rare find in the Old Town of Corfu. The staff of U Corfina responded very quickly to all questions and provided very helpful information. They were wonderful! The bed was very comfortable and I was able to use my Netflix and Prime Video on the tv's. The internet connection was great and I didn't have any connectivity issues. I stayed in this clean, wonderful apartment for two weeks and I would definitely choose it again! I highly recommend this apartment!!

Nothing! It was fabulous!

Central location in the heart of old town, big enough with two separate rooms each with an air condition installed. The small kitchen was well equipped with a nice Nespresso coffee machine. The host was very friendly and always responsive to our questions.

The mattress was very soft, but some people like that. Although the size of the bathroom was ok, I found the washbasin very small and the water could easily fall to the floor.

The apartment was very clean and located right in the heart of old town. So a great location! All of the furnishings were in good condition as it seems to be recently renovated and the bed was comfortable. I had really good communication with the host and check in was easy with a lockbox. They also provided me with a cleaning service half-way through my stay. They also have a working elevator which made accessing the apartment on the 4th floor quite easy.

The doorknob on the front door was falling off which made it tricky to close the door. The bathroom was small and the water pressure was low. Sometimes too low to start the instant hot water heater. Which meant no hot water. They sent out a technician but nothing could be done. The internet was also not very fast. And last but not least, the building itself is old and has not been renovated. So the outside of the building looks bad. I thought the apartment was overpriced. I didn’t expect to have these issues at this price point.

Lokacija odlicna,u samom centru,na 10min. udaljenosti od bukvalno svega,prodavnica u zgradi,odmah tu pekara,apoteka ako nekome zatreba,prekoputa ulaza predivni macaronsi i kolaci,sam apartman kao na slici,cist,uredan,ima sve sto vam treba,kljucevi su bili cak i ranije ostavljeni od vremena za check-in sto je nama mnogo znacilo :)))

Krevet je vrlo,vrlo mek,sto onima koji imaju problem sa ledjima zaista moze da predstavlja problem,ponekad se oseti miris kanalizacije,ali uz stalno provetravanje i otvorene prozore je u redu,televizije nema iako ima televizora,ali se moze koristiti you tube sto je nama bilo idealno
