The location is great, the bed comfortable, it is equipped with what you need. I was super sick and the staff went above and beyond to help - even allowing later check out due to be being unable to get out of bed and bought me some medicine.

The property is clean, comfortable and in a good location. The only thing that bothered me was the ongoing construction right next to the accommodation. They usually start around 7/8 am, sometimes until 2am. It’s a pity, since this was the only thing that was negative. Staff was nice and responsive (except when i told her about construction), the location was right in Thao Dien in a peaceful street.

You are paying for the location with is hotel. When I checked in there were 2 front desk reception people that could have been a little nicer. A girl with long black hair was a bit rude. Not nice at all. Tall guy as well. The job of the front desk is probably most important as you are the first people customers see when they approach your hotel. You are setting a mood. Try better next time!
The 2 front desk reception. Both rude and unfriendly. I won’t be staying here again. I stayed one night by myself and won’t be going back to this property.
I have worked for both The Hilton group andl Accor group and this place is a let down.

Staff, breakfast was terrible. Hotel is so very old and rooms are eerie feeling. It needs a serious revamp. 50 years ago this place was probably at the top of its game.
