I want to thank everyone on the team for being such great and kind people. Your expertise, generosity, and real warmth made my stay very special and memorable. Every interaction was full of care and attention, which made me feel fully at home. I would like to especially highlight the hotel's cleanliness and high standards. Every room and common area was clean, fresh, and well-kept, showing the kind of care and attention that really represents world-class hospitality. The suites were always clean and well-prepared, which made the stay both comfortable and reassuring. Also, the whole building are was very well-organized, clean, and easy to use, making the whole experience from arrival to departure smooth and stress-free. This level of organization and ease shows that the hotel management really cares about making guests comfortable. We all appreciate your friendly smiles and consistently high level of service. You went above and above in every way, and I am extremely thankful for the great service and devotion you bring to your work. It really made my stay special. A big thank you to Abu Louai, Mohammad, Ahmed, and the great women that took care of the suites. Clean floors and rooms, they even helped me cancel some of the days

The staff deals with you in a intimidating way, ringing bell multiple times and asking for money every couple of minutes although I promised ill come down and pay but am taking a shower
