This is a fantastic comfortable property and excellent value for money! Big apartment with 2 beds and baths and washing machine. Ok the area isn’t Laureles but offers much better value for money if you are just sightseeing and don’t need overpriced coffee shops and restaurants on your doorstep? I thoroughly recommend if you are just staying a few days and are not into nightlife?
Nothing ok the area isn’t as pretty as Laureles but has a local market and restaurants nearby? Plus it’s 10 mins from EOH airport!

The host Giovanni is amazing, very friendly and helpful with everything - he checked me in upon arrival even before check-in time, very grateful of that; there's issue with water on one day, but he tried what he could do to help, and always responsive; the room (not an apartment, it's a studio) has everything you need, a very simple kitchenette with microwave and fridge, clean bathroom, bed is nice and comfy, and a work desk.
Bathroom is tiny (ok for a small person); less privacy as once you open the door you're facing the street already.

Muy buen anfitrion, ayudo en todo, tuvimos un percanse y él ahí estuvo siempre ayudando, lindo sector cerca de todo , hay lugar al lado para comprar provisiones
