Localização excelente e porteiro amigável.
Banheiro muito apertado e acho que a necessidade de fazer um depósito prévio a título de caução deveria ter maior destaque no anúncio. Só me dei conta depois de ter fechado a reserva.

Localização excelente. Novinho e organizado. Completo. Sacada com vista para o mar.
A imobiliária que aluga tem uma comunicação lenta e difícil. Além disso, exige um calção para entrar e demora 7 dias para devolver (ainda não recebemos, pois não passou o período). O chuveiro é PÉSSIMO. Ou toma o banho.muito quente ou gelado. O banheiro é bem apertado. No pré-carnaval o apto é barulhento, mas pertinho para quem quer curtir a folia

J'ai tout aimé SAUF :
PROBLEME DE CAFARDS Petits mais partout : cuisine, salle de bain et sur le lit malgré l'intervention rapide du personnel qui a appliqué un produit qui a tué quelques insectes mais insuffisant. Quel dommage car l'appart est top et bien placé et propre. Je pense qu il s agit d un probleme lié à l'immeuble mais pour le client c est un stress et ce n'est pas acceptable.
