We had a wonderful stay. Despite arriving quite late, the host was incredibly responsive and available to guide us, which we truly appreciated. He was also very flexible and accommodating throughout.
Although the property is right by the street and just across the walkway from the beach, it was surprisingly quiet—far more than we expected.
The place itself was spotless and exceptionally modern, which is not always easy to find in this area. Everything matched the photos perfectly, if not exceeded them.
As a bonus, the host owns a fantastic ice cream shop—Helados Mira—on the paseo marítimo. It was absolutely delicious and definitely worth a visit!
Nothing to note—everything met and even exceeded my expectations. The place was spotless and exceptionally modern, which is quite rare to find in this area.

Apartamento muy limpio, coqueto y moderno. Aire acondicionado excelente en salón y dormitorio. Cocina muy bien equipada. Cama muy cómoda. TV grande. Ducha excelente. Muy silencioso a pesar de su ubicación en el Paseo Maritimo. Acceso a la playa cruzando la calle. Sitios para comer y algún súper muy cerca. También paradas de bus y taxi próximas. Excelente!

Die perfekte Lage zum Playa de Victoria & die vielen Restaurants und Bars an der Promenade.
Das Apartment war sauber, groß und sehr modern eingerichtet und ausgestattet.
Aufgrund vom Erdgeschoss war es schwer die Jalousien hochzufahren, dementsprechend gab es wenig Tageslicht im Apartment.
