Veel ruimte in en om het huis (een enorme serre en grote veranda, en een groot grasveld) De keuken is van alle gemakken voorzien. Airco waarmee het huis gemakkelijk te koelen en te verwarmen is. Veel privacy en toch dichtbij een camping en strandje. Torsby op een paar km afstand. Aardige host (goed bereikbaar).
Geen Wi-Fi. Hygiëne in de douchekabine laat te wensen over. De bedden golven nogal, waardoor het lastig is om samen in één bed te slapen. Ook zijn de kussens en matrasbeschemers niet echt schoon.
