Es war alles sehr angenehm und gemütlich eingerichtet. Alles sehr zweckmäßig und sehr geschmack-voll. Ich war 3 Wochen dort. Immer Montag bis Freitag. Und werde es wieder nehmen, wenn ich wieder nach Holzminden kommen. Parken ist direkt vor der Wohnung möglich. Aber ohne Parkschein nur von 17:00 bis 9:00 Uhr.
Da ich beruflich unterwegs war und die Wohnung beruflich gemietet habe. Brauche ich eine Firmen Rechnung. Dies kam in den ersten 2 Wochen etwas zeitversetzt. In der letzten, der 3 Woche kam die Rechnung zeitnah beim Ausschecken. Aber vielleicht sind mehr Privatreisende in der Wohnung. Die benötigen keine Firmen Rechnung.

Gute Lage, bequemes gemütliches Sofa, gute Küchenausstattung, Kühlschrank mit Getränken bei Bedarf, Tee und Kaffee gratis, gute Kommunikation mit dem freundlichen Vermieter
Komplizierte Heizung, Wohnungstür blieb nur mit Abschließen verschlossen

Die Lage der Ferienwohnung war Top und sehr zentral gelegen. Alles war soweit in Ordnung. Bin sehr zufrieden gewesen.
