Die Lage ist sehr zentral und trotzdem ruhig. In unmittelbarer Nähe befindet sich der Weststrand (Hundestrand) und die Marienhöhe. Ebenfalls sehr nah Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Fußgängerzone, Kurpark und Restaurants. In der Wohnung ist alles vorhanden, was man zur Selbstversorgung benötigt: Toaster, Filterkaffeemaschine, und Padmaschine, Wasserkocher, Eierkocher, Thermoskanne usw.

Die Unterkunft war sehr zentral ruhig und sehr sauber, das Bad hatte ein Fenster und war sehr geräumig.

Das Leselicht im Schlafzimmer könnte man verbessern.

Alles war wunderbar – wir haben uns erholt, als wären wir zu Hause. In der Unterkunft gibt es alles, was man braucht, um mit der Familie zu wohnen. Die Küche ist wie bei einer echten Hausfrau eingerichtet. Wenn man möchte, kann man selbst kochen.

Der einzige kleine Nachteil ist, dass es keine Möglichkeit zum Waschen gibt. Es gibt jedoch auf jeden Fall einen Wäscheständer. Dafür gibt es eine Spülmaschine.
