very easy, the hostel had a person always on call able to take care of the keys, showing around and return deposit. all was fluid. i was s how my bed, they are nice and sturdy, unlike other hostels where if you get on the bed on top the whole structure shakes, and the sizes were also good. the lockers are spacious and there is a very nice inside court with pool up some stairs that you can enjoy the warmer times of day and relax in the evening.

The staff was really nice and helpful. The bed arrangement was smart. They had like free filtered water. The area was calm. Beds were nice
The pool was dirty so we couldn't swim. The bathroom was kind of dirty as well. You've to walk a while to the centre but we knew this before.
